Terms of Use, License, and Prohibited Activities

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, JWPUBS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use jwpubs.org for your personal, non-commercial use.

Permitted Activities:

• Access, view, and utilize the tools and materials provided on jwpubs.org for your personal study and organizational activities.
• Share links to the tools and materials with fellow JW Publishers to facilitate collaboration and resource sharing.

Prohibited Activities: To maintain a safe and respectful environment, you agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Illegal and Unauthorized Use: Use jwpubs.org for any illegal activities or in violation of any applicable laws. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of jwpubs.org, its servers, or its networks.
• Disruptive and Malicious Behavior: Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software. Interfere with or disrupt the operations of jwpubs.org or the experience of other users.
• Privacy Violations: Collect or store personal information of other users without their consent.
• Commercial Exploitation: Use jwpubs.org to advertise, promote, or sell products or services.
• Automated Access: Use any automated means, including scripts or bots, to access or interact with jwpubs.org in a manner that exceeds normal usage. Create software applications, tools, or techniques specifically designed to collect, copy, download, extract, harvest, or scrape data, HTML, images, or text from this site. (This does not prohibit the distribution of free, non-commercial applications designed to download electronic files such as JWPUB, TXT, PDF, MP3, and MP4 files from public areas of this site.)
• No Content Uploads: jwpubs.org does not support or allow users to upload any content. Any attempt to upload content, including text, images, videos, or other media, is strictly prohibited.

Catalogue

Access to the Catalogue section of jwpubs.org requires users to have an active account. Only individuals who have been specifically invited by JWPUBS are granted access to the resources available in the Catalogue.

Access Restrictions:

• Invitation-Only Access: Only users who have received a formal invitation from JWPUBS can access and utilize the tools and materials within the Catalogue.
• No Distribution Allowed: All tools and materials found in the Catalogue are proprietary and must not be distributed, shared, or disseminated in any form outside of the intended invited users. Unauthorized distribution of these resources is strictly prohibited.

JWPUBS reserves the right to revoke access to the Catalogue at any time, without prior notice, if any user violates these terms or misuses the resources provided.

User Account

While creating an account on jwpubs.org is optional, certain features may require registration. If you choose to create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• Safeguard your account credentials and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of your account.

JWPUBS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect any misuse or violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on jwpubs.org, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of JWPUBS unless otherwise indicated. These materials are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Trademarks: JW.ORG®, Watchtower ONLINE LIBRARY™, JW Library®, and JW Library Sign Language® are trademarks of Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society of Pennsylvania. The websites and apps, along with their content, publications, and logos associated with these trademarks, are the intellectual property of Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society of Pennsylvania.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use jwpubs.org for your personal use, subject to these Terms. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, or distribution of any content without our explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to jwpubs.org immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the website will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer of Warranties

jwpubs.org is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the website or the information, content, materials, or products included on the site.

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall JWPUBS, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the website;
• Any content obtained from the website;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JWPUBS operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and JWPUBS regarding your use of jwpubs.org and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations regarding the same.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. A waiver of any provision of these Terms will only be effective if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of JWPUBS.

No Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment or transfer without such consent is void.
